This cutting-edge plant features advanced machinery, from automated winding stations for LT/HT capacitors to CNC-controlled panel assembly lines, specifically designed to produce the finest-quality products, with a strong emphasis on performance and reliability.
Our production ecosystem integrates the latest automation and quality-control technologies. High-voltage test bays simulate real-world conditions for APP-type capacitors up to 132kV, while specialised harmonic filter assembly units ensure detuned reactors and series components meet exacting tolerances.
Precision welding and busbar processing for APFC, RTPFC, hybrid panels, and turnkey substation gear guarantee the perfect integration and durability under heavy industrial loads everytime.
A fully equipped test laboratory sets us apart, featuring partial-discharge analysers, tan-delta bridges, and high-current injection systems for comprehensive routine testing.
As an OEM for capacitors, we consider it our moral responsibility to ensure that we always deliver the best quality product, each time; every time. To this end we conduct type tests and routine tests at CPRI Bangalore and ERDA Baroda on capacitors randomly selected from our production line.
